The outsourced team lead by Deepak Chandrababu is a real gem, we have engaged with all of the administration work that is required with managing let properties, truly lifting huge workloads and freeing up time for fee earning business, this includes: * Production of all aspect of New Lets and renewal lets. * Auditing deposits * Overflow telephone answering services *Market for new business, both sales and lettings. There are still many other areas of our business that we will pass to Deepak and his team over the next few months that will allow us to truly enhance our customer service offerings with our own clients. If ever in doubt, take a trip to India and meet the team as I did, a truly humbling experience to see such a positive and productive environment.
Having worked with the TBL Outsourcing team for quite a few years now across different brands with great success. The team handle a number of different aspects of our back office admin including client accounts, tenancy administration, credit control and general data entry roles. We work with them as if they are our own team. They are known as our offshore team and work with us. The initial concern for us was control and accuracy but the team work seamlessly with our local teams with a final approval process for all documentation from the branches themselves. We would highly recommend the offshore team. We understand that any change to a business model could have a large impact on the teams which is why we would be more than happy to discuss any concerns that anyone thinking of using the service.

I came to the outsourcing team of TBS with the aim of overcoming the following business challenges – High Accountant fees in UK, Unstructured business processes, Requirement to expand resources on the bookkeeping front to name a few. It’s safe to say that in the 2 years that I have been their client, they have managed to satisfy my needs as a client along with providing a professional level of service. Their bookkeeping tasks especially has been a lifesaver giving me the freedom to pass this service to my franchisees.
Since our relationship started with Technology Blueprint (TBL) in 2007, one of the most successful element, as voted by our clients and customers, is the superb Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) support, provided by TBL for both Property Management and IT/Web matters. We initially engaged the BPO team to provide us with behind the scenes accounting work, but quickly expanded this to included other administrative processes, including call handling, diary management, and producing paperwork, including tenancy agreements. The quality of the work and the productivity of the highly educated and specially trained staff has been first class, saving us money and enhancing our reputation for providing a swift and quality service at all times.
TBL Outsourcing has been supplying our company with administrative & accounts support for approaching two years. Initially in 2008 TBL Outsourcing provided us with accounting services, which involved entering rents onto our property management system, paying landlords & reconciling accounts. It was crystal clear after just a few months that the productivity of these dedicated staff was a great improvement over our previous arrangements, and at a significant cost saving. After 6 months we extended the scope of TBL Outsourcing contract to cover the provision of additional administrative processes, including call handling, diary management, and the generation of paperwork, including tenancy agreements. The level of service has continued to be excellent, and any concerns of how our clients would react to interacting with off-shore staff have been allayed. The experience has been a very positive one, and allowed our UK based staff to focus on the all important task of sales generation.
The BPO division of TBL has been a life saver for me. Not only have I been able to cut costs, at the same time I have increased efficiencies and service to our clients. The team are well educated, hard working and diligent. There is open communication and the whole process is managed extremely well from start to finish. I will certainly be looking to expand my use of this division.
